I’ve been running 3-4iu HGH/day for just under 2 months now and can honestly say I’ve noticed some real changes. My recovery from my workouts has felt way better – I’m considerably less sore the next day, and Im ready to train again daily. I’ve also leaned out noticeably, especially around my torso, without changing much else in my routine.
To test if it was legit, early on I tried an 10 IU shot before bed as a one-off, and I definitely felt tingling/numbness in my fingers a few hours later. But even better I recently did an IGF-1 test 2 weeks ago and my levels came back elevated, which backed up that it was the real deal.
Overall, I’m really happy with the results so far and plan on keeping it in my stack. Not magic overnight, but consistent improvements I can feel and see
