Use with caution and awareness. SMALLEST DOSE POSSIBLE TO START NO HIGHER THAN 2IU TO START. MAX 5IU.

Make sure to start at a low dose . Phenylephrine is included to STOP the effect of the Tri-Mix if needed.

Tri-Mix is a 1.2mL formulation including:

– Papaverine 17.6mg/mL

– Phentolamine 0.65mg/mL

– Alprostadil 5.8mcg/mL
